We believe that every user of our Application/Services/products/Website must be able to provide informed consent before providing any information required for using the Application/Services/products/Website. Processing of your information may include, but is not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, sharing, transferring, and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in India. If you reside outside India, your information will be transferred, processed, and stored by applicable Indian data protection laws.

  • By using the Site, Applications, or Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms, regardless of whether you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Application, and Services, including all Collective Content, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CS Buzz.
  • In addition, certain areas of the Site and Application (and your access to or use of certain aspects of the Services or Collective Content) may have different terms and conditions, standards, guidelines, or policies posted, or may require you to agree with and accept additional terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between these Terms and terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence concerning your use of or access to that area of the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content.
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site, Application, or Services. Failure to use the Site, Application, or Services by these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal liabilities.
  • The Site, Application, and Services constitute an online platform that creates Listings for Courses, allowing Students to learn about and enrol directly through the Site and Application.
  • You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the Site, Application, or Services, or by downloading or posting any content from or on the Site or via the Application, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and receive our Services, whether or not you have registered with the Site and Application. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right to access or use the Site, Application, Services, or Collective Content. If you accept or agree to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms, and in such event, "you" and "your" will refer and apply to that company or other legal entity.

  10. Account Registration To access additional features and services, users must register and create an account with CS Buzz. Users must provide accurate information and update it as necessary. CS Buzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information.
  11. Course Listings CS Buzz offers a variety of online courses covering computer science topics. Course details, including subject matter, schedules, and pricing, are publicly available on our platform.
  12. Payment Terms Enrollment in courses requires confirmation within a specified period, after which any collected fees are refunded if confirmation is not received. Accepted enrollments result in fee collection, with refunds available based on our cancellation policy.
  13. User Conduct Users are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using CS Buzz's services. Prohibited activities include illegal actions, unauthorized data scraping, misuse of content, and disruptive behavior.
  14. Child Safety Policy CS Buzz upholds a strict Child Safety Policy to protect minors enrolled in our services. This policy mandates appropriate behavior, confidentiality, and safeguards against abuse or exploitation.

Reporting Misconduct

If you believe someone is behaving inappropriately on CS Buzz, such as engaging in offensive, violent, or sexually inappropriate behavior, or any other disturbing conduct, please report them immediately to the appropriate authorities and then to CS Buzz by providing your police station and report number. Please note that your report does not obligate us to take any action beyond what is required by law, if any, nor does it impose any liability on us.

By using CS Buzz, you agree to the processing of your personal information as outlined in CS Buzz's Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time). You must be 18 years or older to use our service, and you are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account.

Our website, application, and services offer various products, features, and offerings, each of which may be subject to additional terms or product requirements. If additional terms apply to the specific product or services you use, those terms become part of these terms of service.

Application License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, CS Buzz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install a copy of the application on each mobile device or computer you own or control and to use such a copy of the application solely for your personal use.

CS Buzz Content and Member Content License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, CS Buzz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to (a) access and view any CS Buzz content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes, and (b) access and view any member content to which you are permitted access, solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section. You agree not to use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based on, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the website, application, services, or content except as expressly permitted in these terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by CS Buzz or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these terms.

Member Content

CS Buzz may, at its sole discretion, allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit member content. By making member content available on or through CS Buzz's website, application, services, or promotional campaigns, you grant CS Buzz a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such member content on, through, using, or to promote or market CS Buzz's website, application, and services. CS Buzz does not claim ownership rights in any member content, and nothing in these terms restricts your rights to use and exploit any member content.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all member content you make available through CS Buzz's website, application, services, or promotional campaigns. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all member content you make available through CS Buzz's website, application, services, or promotional campaigns, or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases necessary to grant CS Buzz the rights in such member content as contemplated under these terms, and (ii) neither the member content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission, or transmission of the member content or CS Buzz's use of the member content (or any portion thereof) on, through, or using CS Buzz's website, application, services, or promotional campaigns will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You acknowledge and agree that CS Buzz is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources, or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by CS Buzz of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources or the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources.

Feedback

We encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to CS Buzz's website, application, and services ("Feedback"). You may submit Feedback by emailing us or through the "Contact" section of the website and application. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback you provide to us will be the sole and exclusive property of CS Buzz, and you hereby irrevocably assign to CS Buzz all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, moral, and other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein, and waive any moral rights you may have in such Feedback. At CS Buzz's request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as CS Buzz may reasonably request to assist CS Buzz in acquiring, perfect, and maintaining its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the Feedback.

Copyright Policy

CS Buzz respects copyright law and expects its users to do the same. It is CS Buzz's policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of members or other account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.

Term and Termination, Suspension, and Other Measures

Term

This agreement remains effective until you access or use CS Buzz's website, application, or services or download or post any content from or on the website or application until you or CS Buzz terminate the agreement as described below.

Termination for Convenience

You may terminate this agreement at any time using the "Cancel Account" feature on the website or by sending us an email. If you cancel your CS Buzz account, any confirmed enrolment will be automatically cancelled, and any refund will depend on the terms of the applicable cancellation policy. Without limiting our rights specified below, CS Buzz may terminate this agreement for convenience at any time by giving you 30 days notice via email to your registered email address.

Termination for Breach, Suspension, and Other Measures

CS Buzz may immediately terminate this agreement without notice if (i) you materially breach these terms or our policies, including any breach of your warranties outlined in these terms or the "User Conduct" provisions in these terms, (ii) you provide inaccurate, fraudulent, outdated, or incomplete information during the CS Buzz account registration or listing process or thereafter, (iii) you violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or (iv) CS Buzz believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the safety or property of other members, CS Buzz, or third parties, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security, or investigation purposes.

Additionally, CS Buzz may deactivate or delay reviews or other member content, cancel any pending or confirmed enrolments, limit your use of or access to your CS Buzz account and the website, application, or services, temporarily or permanently revoke any special status associated with your CS Buzz account, or temporarily or permanently suspend your CS Buzz account if (i) you have breached these terms or our policies, including material and non-material breaches and receiving poor ratings from students, or (ii) CS Buzz believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to protect the safety or property of members, CS Buzz, or third parties, for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security, or investigation purposes.

For non-material breaches, where appropriate, you will be given notice of any measure by CS Buzz and an opportunity to resolve the issue to CS Buzz's reasonable satisfaction.

Consequences of Termination

If CS Buzz takes any of the measures described above, CS Buzz may (i) inform students that a pending or confirmed enrolment has been cancelled, (ii) refund students in full for any confirmed enrol
